OBTAINING: Flaxseed oil is obtained by cold pressing the seeds of this plant. By boiling the seeds, it can be used directly on the face as a natural mask to erase the spots on the skin.
BENEFITS: It is an oil very rich in essential fatty acids and is very beneficial for health.
